By using this website, you agree to these terms. MapRail is provided for general information, research and personal interest. You may use the service only lawfully and in a way that does not damage, overload or interfere with MapRail or other users.
Live information is not guaranteed
Railway information can be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly matched or unavailable. Train positions may be based on reports received at different times, while predictions are estimates that can change without notice. Freight and special services may have less complete information than passenger services.
Do not rely on MapRail for safety-critical, operational, emergency or dispatch decisions. MapRail must not be used to determine whether it is safe to access railway property or infrastructure.
Journeys and tickets
Always confirm important journeys, cancellations, platform changes, ticket validity, accessibility assistance and connections with the relevant operator or an official railway information service. MapRail does not sell tickets, guarantee a connection or provide compensation advice.
Historical information
Historical timetables and recorded train movements reflect the information available to MapRail at the relevant time. The absence of a movement report does not prove that a service did not operate, and a displayed prediction is not an actual movement record.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw features without notice. Access can be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or prevent excessive automated use.
Permitted use and intellectual property
The MapRail name, branding, interface and original presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Railway data may remain subject to rights and licence terms belonging to its respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to republish, commercially exploit or create a bulk copy of the service or its underlying data.

These terms may be updated as MapRail develops. Continued use after publication of an updated version means the new terms apply from that point.
